Also mechanically pressed, but with slightly higher acidity — up to 2%. Has a mild flavor and light aroma. Suitable for sauces, marinades, and light sautéing.

Refined Olive Oil



Oil from which acidity and strong aromas have been removed. Almost neutral in taste. Used as a base for blends or in dishes where the flavor of the oil should not dominate.

Olive Oil / Pure / Classic
